I lost a lovely 1.1kgs and 6.5cm. Yay!

Bust - 120.5cm - Now: 112cm (8.5cm loss)
Waist - 122cm - Now: 109cm (13cm loss)
Hips - 130.5cm - Now: 124cm (6.5 cm loss)
Thigh - 75cm - Now: 72cm (3cm loss)
Arm - 39cm - Now: 35cm (4cm loss)
This week I lost 6.5cm and I have lost 35cm overall. Yay!
Comparing my stats to my favourite plus size store Autograph, I am a size 14 in the bust, a size 20 in the waist, and a size 16 in the hips. Comparing it to where I started five weeks ago with measurements, I have gone down from an 18 to a 14 in my bust, and from an 18 to a 16 in my hips and down from a 24 to a 20 on my waist. That is pretty darn cool :)
Also, I got a lovely surprise from S this week. He has been away with work and while he was gone he went out and bought me a lovely present. Its a Garmin Sports Watch with an inbuilt GPS and it tracks pace, time (stopwatch as well as normal time), distance, heart rate and calories burnt and I can upload my stats onto the computer. He said he was very proud of my achievements and that he wanted to spoil me. Que to awwwwwwwwwww.
Yesterday after my big day jogging on Thursday, my PT and friend E took me for a walk. We went about 5kms, with 1km being up a very steep hill. Helped strech out the muscles and hopefully push them to help with the jogging.
Been a very good week all round :)
