Breaking through and a new goal!

If there is one thing I have learnt from my fitness, it is that you need to keep pushing yourself. Never give up, never say die!

Today I jogged on the treadmill. I did 1.7kms in 15 minutes at a pace of 7kmph and a 5% incline. It. was. incredible.
I now have a goal to complete a half marathon by the end of the year, decked out in Lorna Jane and feeling fabulous!

    I too am a Lorna Jane fan, not that I own any of it yet ;)
