I have two weigh in days. One for weight watchers on a Saturday and one for the MB 12wbt on a Wednesday. Since the begining to the MB program (21st Feb) so four weeks ago I have lost 2.5kgs and a lovely 36cm! Cant argue with that :D
It takes me total weight loss (everything) to 12.6kgs. I really, really want to crack the 13kg mark by weigh in on Saturday. Lots of good food choices and exercise in my future, LOVE IT!
